The
Gardner Center is a two-story brick Retail and Office Center on
Forest Drive parallel to Chinquapin Round Road within the City
limits of Annapolis - the State Capital of Maryland. It has
26,000-sq. ft. of retail rental space on the first floor with
drive up parking and 26,000-sq. ft. on the second floor.
Growing over decades, Earnie L. Gardner and his wife Margaret
first built the Gardner Center in 1964, with the final section
completed in 1986. With the addition of the final section to the
Center came a new brick façade along with a covered walkway. It
has parking front and rear for approximately 200 vehicles.
The Gardner Center is located on 5.9 acres of property. The BCE
zoning allows for a wide range of retail, office and other uses.
The Center is serviced by the Annapolis Transportation Brown &
Green Bus Line, US Postal Service Pickup Box, Federal Express, and
